af·fec·ta·tion The behavior, speech, or writing that is artificial and designed to impress. Also a new band collaboration of Bill Engel, Dan Chopin, Dave Torretta and Dennis (the drummer). This group has been working toward some live performances scheduled in May at local clubs in St. Louis (to be announced) and put on a full live performance this past Sunday at Studio58.
