Okay, first off, it’s a lot like golfing in a foursome where you know you are not as good as the others.  The only way I can describe it is—that first tee off, when you know you’re probably going to shank it into the woods. What an embarrassment right?  Ok, now think about it this way—everyone playing has been where you are (skill level) and guess what, no one would say anything because we all know what that feeling is like.  So, to keep things in perspective, none of us are that good, we just enjoy getting out, making music (mostly noise) but who cares, none of us can hear all that well anyway.

So, drop the pretentions, and in the words of Roger Daltry- “pick up my guitar and play.”

Come on out, meet some fun people and see if you all can focus on just “one song” that everyone can play.  It’s just fun, that’s all there is to it.

What do you need to join us?

Not much, your guitar, bass, drum sticks all for a start.  We have everything else.  Plenty of great amps, like Fender, Marshall (tube amps), Boss Kantana and others.  So, bring your prize guitar, your cord and get ready to plug and play.  If you are into piano or keyboards, we can accommodate those as well.  We have a wonderful Kawai Grand Piano in studio, as well as a Yamaha Digital Keyboard.  Our drum kit is a Sonor- which I have been told by several drummers I respect as a players, that this is a really good set of drums.  It’s cool if you want to bring your own pieces as well.  We also have several studio electric and acoustic guitars (that are all very nice –Gibsons, Gretch, Fender, Ibanez and Taylor to name a few.)

Right now, we are reserving Friday afternoons for jam sessions.  Generally, 1-5 PM is what we’ve been doing.  If you want to join in and have some fun, then just let me know. Just complete the contact page so we can get a dialog going and we hope to see you soon!

Keep on making music!
